The banner was displayed at the Free University of Brussels (Université Libre de Bruxelles). It reads "Israel is guilty of apartheid. Palestine will live." The ULB is known for being a hotbed of anti-Israel militancy from top-down. No other country is targeted for such attacks at the ULB.
