UK: Journalist fears Jewish-Zionist cabal

Antisemitism is more than graffiti on the walls.  It's stories like these, where the hatred of Jews is so built-in, it's pathological.

As CiF Watch reports, British journalist David Hearst, formerly the Guardian's chief foreign leader writer, has spoken in the past about the pressure he's been under not to express antisemitic views.  It's tough, really. In a recent anti-Israel meeting organized by Amnesty International, he expressed his paranoia of this all encompassing Jewish plot to get him when pro-Israel blogger Richard Millet tried to pose a question.

However, a recent exchange between Hearst and blogger Richard Millett would suggest that Hearst really does fear the subterfuge of CiF Watch Zionists.
The Tweet from Millett links to his blog post - cross posted at CiF Watch – about his experience on Friday at Amnesty International’s London HQ for the launch of Ben White’s (long-awaited!) updated Israeli Apartheid: A Beginner’s Guide. The event was chaired by Hearst and, as you’ll see from the video clip in his post, Millett was denied the chance to ask a question due to his ‘affiliation’.
Hearst’s exact words, when Millett asked why he was denied the right to speak, were as follows:
“I know exactly what you’re up to. And who you are. And who you write for.”

It went downhill from there. More at CiF Watch here and here.

David Hearst is feeling pressured, because the Israeli embassy, in a "secret plot", had asked him not to chair this blatantly anti-Israel meeting, and told him he's not welcome in the embassy if he does. Sounds pretty logical to me. For Hearst, however, it's just proof that all Jews and all Israelis are working together to get him.
